WomanSpeak women’s circles are equal parts feminine-centred leadership, public speaking coaching, community building, holding space and growing with intent.
Every circle focuses on a different theme and skill whilst holding space for every woman present, exactly as they are on the day.
These gentle, inclusive spaces are a place of growth and feminine strength not to be underestimated in their power.
Wow what can I say? Customised Trauma Informed Workshops
Confidence building workshops for women using feminine WomenSpeak principles to reconnect women with their confidence and voice after traumatic events
Offered in collaboration with not-for-profit and government organisations that support women, confidence-building workshops for women can:
- Increase confidence for women communicating across differences in language and culture.
- Rebuild a woman’s trust in her own voice during and after domestic abuse.
- Support a woman to find the words for her experience of addiction, grief, loss, or other trauma.
One of the best parts of Imogen’s WomanSpeak™ program at Toora is the dancing – the women love it! Her group sessions for our AOD Program are a unique space for women to reclaim their voice and ideas. Imogen has deep empathy for the human experience, and supports women to feel safe to develop new skills, and to build relationships with themselves and each other in the process. Imogen brings women out of their shells and into the light where they can express themselves in a supported environment. For some women, this is the first time they have spoken in front of an audience and with that comes a new found confidence in self expression. We love our sessions with Imogen.

I’m a woman with a personal journey of recovery who made a choice during menopause to make space for presence and voice in my life – creatively, authentically, and consistently.
Why WomanSpeak?
I felt somehow that the future lay in reconnecting mind, body, and heart. When I first read about WomanSpeak leader training my whole body responded. I had such a visceral response that I knew in my whole being that WomanSpeak was the path to the presence and voice I was ready for. In every part of my training, and in every woman I have worked with since, I have only felt more and more certain of this.
That my two young adult daughters are witness to my growth and evolution fills me with endless gratitude.
I’m here to empower women’s voices and feminine leadership.
As I’ve learned to hold a space for myself through all kinds of emotions, I’ve been able to open a door for others to feel safe in their own company and in the presence of women who see, hear, and honour who they are becoming.
My big dream is to see all women empowered to share their thoughts and stories unintimidated by other people or societal norms.
I see us in boardrooms, classrooms, international companies, and politics influencing with confidence.
I know every one of us can make a small ripple that will grow, and I hope together, we can change the world one ripple at a time.
